Senior Associate

Amaro has 10 years of professional experience, and he has focused his professional practice mainly on civil and arbitration litigation associated with construction and infrastructure projects, on legal-territorial analysis and litigation associated with Non-Conventional Renewable Energy generation projects and electricity transmission lines, analyzing the affairs and identifying risks associated with the property deeds and urban planning regulations of the real estates where these projects will be located, and administrative and judicial litigation related of water rights, mining rights and electricity law.

Amaro was a senior associate at Grupo Evans -formerly Cubillos Evans-, (2017-2023), and an associate at Aninat Schwencke y Compañía, Santiago (2013-2017).
