Cristián Urzúa’s practice is focused on project, construction and engineering law, including its disputes (claims, litigation and arbitration). He has experience in bidding processes, direct contract negotiation, preparation of risks matrix, preparation of tailored construction and engineering models for owners and contractors, contract and claim management, and complex disputes related mainly to the mining, energy, engineering and construction industries. Cristián has been and is also a professor at several universities, such as Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
